Foodies Festival at the Cannon Hill Park has fast become one of the "must-go-to" events in recent year and this year, we were very honoured to be chosen to do a cooking demo.

The bad news was that my demo was straight after Michelin starred chef, Glynn Purnell!

Despite the nerves, it was highly enjoyable!

My dishes of Salt & Chilli Squid and Chicken in Black Bean Sauce Chow Mein went down a storm!
